Returns

• You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
• Please contact our customer service at support@decarba.com to arrange a return within this period.
• The costs for returning products are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.
• Les bijoux, les couvre-chefs, les maillots de bain et autres articles considérés comme personnels ou liés à l’hygiène ne sont pas éligibles au retour.
• If the item is defective, we will refund the shipping costs for its return.

Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 5 working days.
• The refunded amount will be refunded to the payment method originally used.
